Alongside her work as an independent mental health psychologist, Daphne has found her passion in painting. She prefers to paint freely with oil or acrylic paint, translating her perspective on people and animals into vibrant portraits or paintings with a story. As a lover of horses and equestrian sports, she sees the horse's character as an inexhaustible source of inspiration.

She adapts her painting technique to the atmosphere of the image; sometimes refined, atmospheric, and subdued, and at other times with a looser touch and full of movement, but always with enthusiasm and great pleasure.

She studied painting at the art academy in Arendonk and is currently pursuing model/portrait painting.
